Made from the Best Chocolate

We use the finest quality Nacional variety cocoa from Ecuador to create our bars. Our cocoa beans are roasted in small batches to maintain the high levels of antioxidants and to retain their great aroma and flavor. The chocolate is 100% Rainforest Alliance Certified™, to support sustainable farming practices and to provide a fair price to the farmers.

The sugar free chocolate contains to added emulsifiers or masking ingredients. It is quite simply the cocoa beans and our all-natural stevia sweetening blend.

No Malitol, No Sorbitol, No MSG, No Vanilla or Cinnamon flavors added to mask bitterness, No added milk fats.

Our All-Natural Stevia Sweetener

Our proprietary all-natural stevia sweetening blend was developed in our kitchen to yield the best flavor possible. We use Rebiana, the sweetest component of the Stevia Leaf. It is blended with Erythritol, a natural sugar alcohol that is free of the side effects common with other sugar alcohols. The result is a chocolate that is smooth and delicious.

Rebiana - The sweetest part of the Stevia Leaf

The primary sweetener in our blend is Rebiana (Rebaudioside A). It is about 200 times sweeter than sugar, but has no carbohydrates and results in no glycemic response when eaten.

Erythritol

We blend the Rebiana with Erythritol, a sugar alcohol that is almost non-caloric and also results in no glycemic response. Unlike other sugar alcohols, it is absorbed by the body and unlikely to cause digestive distress.
